At Bar Bistro SAAM, we believe it’s important to not only serve delicious dishes but also make a positive impact on our surroundings. That’s why we are actively committed to sustainability and social involvement. This includes sourcing locally from regional suppliers, donating food to the Ronald McDonald house, and reducing waste through proper waste separation and mindful choices.
OUR INITIATIVES
- We source our ingredients and products locally whenever possible, working with regional suppliers like Bakkerij Paulissen, Vitamientje, and Slagerij Kusters.
- We donate leftover food as much as possible, usual weekly, to the Ronald McDonald House Maastricht to reduce food waste and help others
- We offer a variety of vegetarian options on our menus, making up 30% of our dishes. food waste and help others

- We fully utilize LED lightning to reduce our energy consumption.
