At Bar Bistro SAAM, we pay tribute to the Meuse, the river that reflects and connects our city. It is the breeding ground for everything Maastricht has to offer: from the typical materials we use in our interior to the tasty ingredients of our dishes. From sunrise to sunset, you are welcome to meet and relax at Bar Bistro SAAM, while we immerse you in all the beauty the Meuse produces.
You will find Bar Bistro SAAM in the complex of MECC Maastricht. You can reach our restaurant directly from Forumplein as well as from MECC Maastricht. Parking is conveniently available in front of the door at P8. Enjoy 2.5 hours of free parking when you visit Bar Bistro SAAM.

Due to the graduation ceremonies on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 November, open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Because of the Christmass shows of André Rieu we will close on the 13th and 20th of december on 3 p.m.
Please notice that we will be completely closed from the 23rd of December till the 5th of January.

Bar Bistro SAAM is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm. The kitchen closes at 6pm. On weekends, our Bar Bistro is open by arrangement for events, parties and celebrations. Contact us at info@barbistrosaam.nl.
Parking is conveniently available in front of the door at P8. Enjoy 2.5 hours of free parking when you visit Bar Bistro SAAM. The nearest car park is located under the location called Forum Plein (P8). Upon arrival at the barrier, press the button ‘Bar Bistro SAAM’. You will then receive your parking ticket. After your visit, don’t forget to scan your parking ticket at our bar.
We advise our disabled visitors to use the disabled parking spaces located on Forum Square in front of the NH Hotel.
If you want to be assured of a table, we recommend making a reservation. You can easily make a reservation online via our reservation tool in the bottom right corner of your screen. Does your party consist of more than 8 people? Then contact us at info@barbistrosaam.nl.
Ofcourse we are! Our location is easy accessible. When arriving by car, we recommend using the disabled parking spaces, located in front of the NH Hotel on the location called ‘Forum Plein’ (Forum 110, 6229 GV Maastricht).
Bar Bistro SAAM is cashless! During your visit, you can pay with your debit or credit card.
